off to the races on a new platform
we talked about art and artist in l.a. and san francisco . s. clay wilson and scott williams and all the mail artist past and present . and comic art and spray paint and stencil and email and snail mail . and the jewel box show by leslie caldera was a sucess .and leslie told me that he was in san francisco a while ago and saw john held jr. and also that he saw some mail that i sent john in the window of some show that john was doing . and the last time i saw john in san francisco was when dadaland was there and john told me that the ads that i placed in art com magazine as jes archives got him to make some for his modern realism gallery and helped touch off his passion for . . . . . . .posted by VISUAL ARTS CLUB BAND at 12:58 PM 0 commentsfor the mail art world . we use new and old school stuff . in this format the links when they are changed the words
change also . in some of the other formats you can change
the links but not the words . also even when the links look dead
to the eye , when you highlite and try to link , the old link info
is still there .
so much to learn and remember , i have to start keeping notes as to
how each platform works . yeah right , keep more notes .
